22 year old male presented with malignant spindle cell tumor of proximal TIbia. He was advised amputation at medical College The limb was salvaged and the proximal tibia was resected en block along with fibula head and reconstructed with megaprosthesis. The Pt is doing well after surgery and is ambulant with walker.
